- PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
This website does not have contact forms or online user registration systems. The processing of personal data is strictly limited to the management of students who contract online Spanish classes.
Purpose: Coordination and provision of Spanish classes via videoconference, issuance of official invoices, and accounting control of payments made securely via bank transfer or through the PayPal platform (the student assumes the corresponding additional commission for administrative costs).
Legal basis: The processing is based strictly on the execution of a training services contract to which the user is a party, as well as on compliance with the tax and accounting obligations required by the Spanish Tax Agency.
- DATA RETENTION
The billing and tax identification data provided by students will be kept for the periods legally established by applicable Spanish tax regulations (a minimum of 4 years). - RECIPIENTS AND TRANSFERS
Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third-party companies for advertising or commercial purposes. Your data will only be shared with official entities or bodies in compliance with a legal obligation (Spanish Tax Agency), with banks, or with the PayPal payment gateway for the proper and secure registration of financial transactions. PayPal processes this data under its own authorized international privacy policies. No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area are carried out by the owner of this website. - USER RIGHTS
