TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
These Terms and Conditions of Contract govern the purchase and provision of online Spanish class services offered by Iván Fernando Pellejero through this website or direct communication channels.
- PURPOSE AND CONTRACT
The service consists of providing online Spanish lessons for students of all levels. By scheduling and paying for a lesson or lesson package, the student fully accepts these terms and conditions. - PRICES AND PAYMENT METHOD
Current lesson prices will be clearly communicated to the student prior to booking.
The following payment methods are accepted:
Bank transfer (no additional fees).
PayPal, which will incur an additional fee to cover the platform's processing costs. This fee will be communicated before the transaction.
Payment must be made in advance to confirm the lesson or lesson package booking. Once payment is received, the corresponding official invoice will be issued and sent to the student's email address.
3. CLASS CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
To ensure optimal time management and adherence to the study schedule, the following mandatory policy is established:
24-hour notice period: Students may cancel or reschedule a previously scheduled class at no additional cost, provided they notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
Late cancellations or absences: If a student cancels a class less than 24 hours in advance, or fails to arrive within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled session, the class will be considered completed and will not be refundable or recoverable.
Cancellations by the instructor: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the instructor must cancel a class, the student will be notified as soon as possible, and a new date will be scheduled by mutual agreement.
- EXPIRATION OF CLASS VOUCHERS
Multiple class vouchers purchased together have a specific validity period to encourage consistent learning:
Class vouchers will expire 6 months from the date of payment. After this period, any unused classes will be forfeited and non-refundable.
- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The student is responsible for having a stable internet connection, as well as a device with a properly functioning camera and microphone for the optimal online class experience. Technical failures attributable solely to the student's equipment will not entitle the student to a refund of the class fee or commission.
